Start your Ventura TRAVEL journey at the tier that fits your experience

Our loyalty program recognises experienced travellers. If you have completed journeys with another adventure brand, that experience can help shape your loyalty status from your very first trip with Ventura TRAVEL. Your travel history is valued, and your benefits may begin at a higher level from the start.

To determine your initial loyalty tier with Ventura TRAVEL, up to five completed trips with one selected tour operator can be credited, provided you are able to supply proof of travel. Trips completed with different tour operators cannot be combined to determine your starting tier.

These credited trips are used only to determine your starting loyalty tier on your first Ventura TRAVEL journey. All future loyalty benefits and discounts are based solely on completed trips within the Ventura TRAVEL family, in accordance with the loyalty program terms and conditions.

How your loyalty discount works

We have a discount range per tier:

Silver: 3-4 %
Gold: 3-7%
Platinum 6-10%

What does the discount depend on? Your exact discount depends on when you book your next trip after returning from a completed journey with a Ventura TRAVEL brand. To qualify for the higher discount within your tier, your next booking must be made within six months of returning from a Ventura TRAVEL trip. After this period, the lower discount within the same tier applies.

For example, you return from your Gustoventura trip to Italy in August. In January, you book a trip to Patagonia for November. Because the booking is made within six months of your return, you qualify for the maximum discount.

Will I be notified? Yes. Two weeks before your higher discount changes to a lower one, we will inform you by email. This gives you enough time to plan your booking and make an informed decision.

Coming from another travel brand

If you have travelled with another adventure brand before, those trips are taken into account when determining your loyalty tier with Ventura TRAVEL. From your very first trip with us, your previous travel experience helps place you at the level that reflects how much you have already explored. This means you can start enjoying the appropriate loyalty benefits right away, without having to begin from the very first tier again.

Ventura TRAVEL Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions

Membership levels

After your first completed Ventura TRAVEL tour, you automatically join the Loyalty Club as a Bronze member.
After completing two Ventura TRAVEL tours, you advance to Silver and qualify for loyalty discounts within the Silver discount range on future tours.
After completing four Ventura TRAVEL tours, you advance to Gold and qualify for loyalty discounts within the Gold discount range on future tours.
After completing nine Ventura TRAVEL tours, you advance to Platinum and qualify for loyalty discounts within the Platinum discount range on all future tours.

The exact discount within each tier depends on booking timing after returning from a completed Ventura TRAVEL brand tour.

Loyalty transfer from other tour operators

For the purpose of determining an initial loyalty tier only, up to five completed trips with one selected external tour operator may be credited, provided proof of travel is supplied.
Trips completed with different external tour operators cannot be combined to determine a starting loyalty tier.
Credited external trips apply only to the initial tier assignment and do not count as completed Ventura TRAVEL tours.
All future loyalty tiers, benefits and discounts are earned exclusively through completed Ventura TRAVEL tours.

How discounts work

Loyalty discounts apply to new bookings only.
The exact loyalty discount within a tier depends on when a new booking is made after returning from a completed Ventura TRAVEL brand tour. Bookings made within six months qualify for the higher discount within the tier.
Discounts are applied per person, based on each individual’s booking history, not per booking.
The discount is deducted from the final invoice, not from the deposit.
Discounts apply to the base tour price, but exclude extensions, flights and extras such as single room supplements or pre- and post-tour accommodation.
Loyalty discounts can usually be combined with other promotions, including group discounts or Early Bird Discounts, up to a maximum total discount of 12% per person.

Eligible tours

Loyalty discounts apply to all Ventura TRAVEL small group tours and expedition cruises.
Tours that are booked but later cancelled do not count toward loyalty tiers or discounts.

Maintaining your status

Your loyalty tier remains valid as long as you book a new Ventura TRAVEL tour within three years of returning from your most recent Ventura TRAVEL tour.
If no new booking is made within this period, your loyalty tier may be adjusted accordingly.

Additional notes

Ventura TRAVEL may change, adjust or withdraw Loyalty Club benefits, tiers, discount ranges or loyalty transfer conditions at any time.
All loyalty benefits are granted at Ventura TRAVEL’s discretion based on booking records, supplied documentation and the applicable conditions at the time of booking.

We confirm your loyalty status After your trip, we email you the details of your loyalty status within the program. If you have any questions, our dedicated loyalty contact is available to support you.

Book your next trip When booking your next trip, please use the same email address as on your previous bookings. If you have changed your email address, let us know so we can apply your loyalty discount correctly.
