Ventura uses a financial model that gives you the upside of equity without giving out actual shares. You receive a profit share based on a fixed contract. It works like equity because you take part in the long term success of your brand. The profit share takes time to grow, since new brands usually lose money at the beginning, but the upside can be significant once the brand is profitable.
You earn a salary from day one. It may be lower than in a standard job, but the potential long term reward is much higher. During the application process you prepare a realistic finance plan. If you reach the final round, we calculate your profit share based on that plan. All intrapreneurs receive the same structure to keep the program fair.
You also receive virtual shares in Ventura TRAVEL based on your performance. When Ventura goes public, these can turn into real shares, giving you a second financial benefit linked to the growth of the entire group.
