Ventura’s Intrapreneur Program

Freedom like a founder, support like an employee

The Ventura Intrapreneur Program lets passionate individuals build a new travel brand inside the family of Ventura TRAVEL. Instead of founding a separate startup, intrapreneurs use Ventura’s resources, know-how and platform. This approach blends freedom and entrepreneurial drive with the stability and support of an established company. This concept reflects what business literature defines as Intrapreneurship: acting like an entrepreneur inside an existing organisation.

Intrapreneur Karmaventura

Becoming an intrapreneur at Ventura TRAVEL has been a truly empowering experience. With the support and trust of the Ventura team, I was able to turn my passion for India into Karmaventura, a brand that brings authentic, meaningful journeys to life. The intrapreneur program gave me the freedom to innovate, the resources to grow, and a community that celebrates every milestone. I’m proud to be part of a company where entrepreneurial spirit is not just encouraged, but actively supported.

What makes a good intrapreneur?

Every intrapreneur brings a mix of initiative, focus and curiosity. These six traits show the mindset and skills that help turn a niche idea into a meaningful Ventura brand.

Entrepreneurial drive

You bring a founder-like mindset with strong creative initiative and a genuine passion for exploring new travel concepts, which helps you imagine, test and refine ideas that can grow into a sustainable, high-quality brand inside Ventura.

Ownership mindset

You take responsibility from the earliest vision all the way to launch, navigating challenges, refining solutions and maintaining a steady focus on delivering a meaningful, professional travel product that stands on solid foundations.

Passion for the niche

You have deep curiosity and enthusiasm for your chosen niche, allowing you to understand its unique needs, uncover meaningful insights and design a brand that resonates with travelers while staying true to Ventura’s mission.

Leadership ability

You guide projects with clarity, manage shifting circumstances and collaborate with different teams, using structure, communication and persistence to keep momentum strong while moving your concept toward real impact.

Communication strength

You communicate with confidence, build strong relationships with partners and customers, and create alignment across the company, allowing your brand to grow on trusted connections and transparent information flow.

Values fit

Your work aligns naturally with Ventura principles, helping you build a brand that respects culture, protects the environment and consistently delivers high service quality to travelers and partners.

Why we don’t use equity and what we do instead

Ventura uses a financial model that gives you the upside of equity without giving out actual shares. You receive a profit share based on a fixed contract. It works like equity because you take part in the long term success of your brand. The profit share takes time to grow, since new brands usually lose money at the beginning, but the upside can be significant once the brand is profitable.

You earn a salary from day one. It may be lower than in a standard job, but the potential long term reward is much higher. During the application process you prepare a realistic finance plan. If you reach the final round, we calculate your profit share based on that plan. All intrapreneurs receive the same structure to keep the program fair.

You also receive virtual shares in Ventura TRAVEL based on your performance. When Ventura goes public, these can turn into real shares, giving you a second financial benefit linked to the growth of the entire group.
