Since 2012, our team has come together for a two-week offsite in a new and exciting location, starting with our very first gathering in Costa Rica. This special event is more than just a highlight of the year. It’s a chance for at least 50 vMembers, and sometimes the whole team, to connect face-to-face, strengthen relationships, and celebrate our shared achievements. Whether collaborating on projects, sharing ideas, or simply enjoying time together, the offsite is where lasting bonds are formed and our team spirit truly shines.

English is our main language for communication, ensuring everyone can participate, but you’ll also hear Spanish, German, French, and more in our meetings and chats.
