The Advisory Board brings together Ventura TRAVEL’s inside knowledge and the independent perspective of experienced external advisors. Their role is not to run the company. It is to ask difficult questions, test our thinking and help us make stronger long-term decisions.

The Advisory Board brings fresh perspectives to the questions that shape how we travel. How can technology genuinely improve the experience? And how can we grow while keeping the local knowledge and personal connections that make our journeys special?
By bringing outside perspectives into strategic conversations, the Board helps us challenge assumptions and make more thoughtful decisions – supporting meaningful innovation, consistent quality and growth that stays true to the way we believe travel should be.
Does the Advisory Board make decisions for Ventura TRAVEL? No. It provides non-binding strategic advice. Ventura TRAVEL’s management makes the final decisions and remains accountable for them.
Are all members Ventura TRAVEL employees? No. The Board combines Ventura TRAVEL’s inside knowledge with external advisors who bring experience and a fresh perspective.
Does the Board review individual trips or customer cases? No. Booking and service matters are handled by the responsible Ventura TRAVEL teams. The Advisory Board focuses on broader strategic topics.
How does the traveller perspective enter the discussion? Depending on the topic, Ventura TRAVEL can bring customer feedback, service insights and other relevant evidence into strategic discussions. The advisors can challenge how this information is interpreted, but they do not replace direct traveller feedback.
Does the Advisory Board guarantee travel quality or safety? No. It can challenge strategic approaches to quality, trust and growth. Operational standards, legal responsibilities and trip delivery remain Ventura TRAVEL’s responsibility.
