Gustoventura is Ventura TRAVEL’s Mediterranean specialist brand, born from the evolution of Sapio, a boutique travel company founded in 2005 by Philipp Boecker with a strong emphasis on culinary and cultural immersion in Southern Europe. After joining Ventura TRAVEL, Sapio was reimagined and transitioned into Gustoventura to expand its destination scope and fully adopt the proven multi-destination small-group format. Today, Gustoventura crafts soulful journeys through Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, and beyond, where gastronomy, craftsmanship, and local tradition form the core of every experience.
