Dates Arrival and informal gatherings from Monday to Wednesday, with the main anniversary day and big celebration on Thursday, December 3, 2026

Early arrival The offsite group will already be in Arequipa from November 30, with shared activities available for those arriving early

Location Arequipa, Peru. The specific venue will be defined and communicated in March

Format A combination of presentations, speeches, shared activities, included meals, and a large anniversary party

Party day A full day of celebrations including multiple events, speeches, shared meals, and a large anniversary party
