We’re looking for a Director of Expansion to join our executive team and lead our growth in the UK travel market.
This isn’t about endless strategy docs. It’s about building demand, crafting go-to-market plans, and turning potential into results.
You’ll bring our established brands — like Puraventura (Latin America), Japaventura (Japan), and Viventura (South America) — to British travelers who’ve never heard of us. And once the UK is rolling, there’s room to expand into other English-speaking markets too.
Build market presence
Research, test, and establish Ventura in one or more new outbound markets (e.g. UK, US, Italy, Netherlands).
Shape go-to-market strategy
Collaborate with marketing to adapt messaging, channels, and campaigns to local needs.
Drive real results
Launch, iterate, and execute quickly. You’ll track demand and growth — and act on it.
Own the outcome
From customer acquisition to first revenue — it’s on you.
