Bring Ventura to new audiences — starting with the UK.

You know how to spot opportunities and move fast. You’ve seen how group travel works, and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Now we’re offering the chance to own Ventura’s entry into the UK — and build something that matters.

We’re looking for a Director of Expansion to join our executive team and lead our growth in the UK travel market.

This isn’t about endless strategy docs. It’s about building demand, crafting go-to-market plans, and turning potential into results.

You’ll bring our established brands — like Puraventura (Latin America), Japaventura (Japan), and Viventura (South America) — to British travelers who’ve never heard of us. And once the UK is rolling, there’s room to expand into other English-speaking markets too.

What this role is really about

Ventura is already well established in Germany and France. Your job is to open a new source market — and make it work.

Build market presence

Research, test, and establish Ventura in one or more new outbound markets (e.g. UK, US, Italy, Netherlands).

Shape go-to-market strategy

Collaborate with marketing to adapt messaging, channels, and campaigns to local needs.

Drive real results

Launch, iterate, and execute quickly. You’ll track demand and growth — and act on it.

Own the outcome

From customer acquisition to first revenue — it’s on you.

We respect leadership that executes

In the early stages, you’ll do the work yourself: outreach, processes, fixes. Real leadership means getting things done.

Master new tools — fast.

Become fluent in the systems that power our business — from CRM to analytics and beyond.

The right person for this role…

We don’t care about fancy job titles. We care that you know how to build something from scratch — and that you’re willing to lead, act, and learn fast. You likely:

  • Understand how group travel customers think, act, and buy
  • Have worked in commercial, marketing, or growth roles — and made things happen
  • Move easily between strategy and execution
  • Communicate clearly and directly
  • Learn tools fast (HubSpot, analytics, CMS — whatever’s needed)
  • Work independently, but ask for input when needed
  • Care about the culture you help create
