Friends Refer Friends Campaign

Campaign Benefit: Both the referrer and the referred client will receive a surprise experience or item during their trip, with a perceived value of approximately 100 Euros. Surprises may vary by destination and can include items or experiences such as dinners.

Eligibility: Only clients with a confirmed booking and downpayment made are eligible. Travel date must be at least 45 days from today. Bookings made within 45 days of travel are excluded due to operational constraints for Group Travel. For PTF, the benefit can be extended for clients traveling up to 15 days from today. The referred client must be a new client (not a past booker). Automatic emails will be sent based on eligibility criteria. This offer is not valid for clients booking a private trip.

Referral and Surprises: Only those who referred confirmed new clients (PAX) will receive a surprise. If multiple passengers in the same booking have referred others, each referrer will receive a surprise for each confirmed referred PAX. If a booking includes several passengers who referred others, but only some of those referrals resulted in confirmed bookings, only referrers with confirmed referred clients will receive surprises accordingly. Surprises are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and subject to availability.

Voucher and Discount Combinations: The surprise is not combinable with the 100 Euro sales voucher for referred friends. If the referred client has already used this voucher, they are not eligible for the surprise. Sales vouchers, including the 100 Euro referred friend sales voucher and other sales vouchers, are non-combinable with this campaign. Other benefits like rebooking vouchers and early bird discounts are not combinable during this soft launch phase. Combinability rules may be updated and defined separately in the future.
